CRM Functional Lead – Remote

  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead Analysis discussions with clients and prospects to gather structured requirements and user stories
    • Design elegant and scalable solutions that leverage Dynamics CRM and peripheral technologies
    • Lead Dynamics CRM configuration and documentation efforts
    • Determine where customization / development effort is required to meet business requirements as opposed to Dynamics CRM Configuration and able to quickly and clearly articulate the reasons why.
    • Engage closely with the development team to assist with the development process and ensure accurate and user-friendly implementation of technical solution components
    • Translate an implementation design into actionable tasks and build components with effort estimates
    • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to establish a cohesive partnership and strong alignment with Client needs
    • Stay up-to-date and certified with the latest Dynamics 365 (CRM) releases and related technologies
    • Willing and able to plan for, mobilize and lead various stages of the engagement lifecycle beyond the solution implementation, including, but not limited to: testing efforts, User Acceptance Testing, Solution Demonstrations, and End User Training
      Experience and Qualifications:
    • 4 year degree in computer science, business, IT or equivalent
    • 4+ years’ experience with Dynamics CRM (with 2 years of CRM Online experience), certifications preferred
    • Competence with the following “technologies” is a plus:
      • AdxStudio, Microsoft Dynamics Portals, Scribe, ClickDimensions, PowerBI, SQL, JavaScript
    • Comfortable leading a Client and Team through the entire SDLC bringing best practices to the engagement
    • Experience implementing Dynamics CRM in both Waterfall and Agile environments
    • Experience writing functional and technical documentation

CRM Technical Lead – Remote

  • Lead the Mobilization of teams and development environments in a manner that is efficient scalable, and intuitive
  • Lead the design effort that implements elegant and scalable technical solutions that leverage various technologies such as .net, SQL server, Dynamics 365, javascript, Liquid, HTML / CSS, and various integration technologies and APIs
  • Translate requirements into User Stories, tasks and build components with accurate effort estimates that the development team can execute upon
  • Own the overall technical design and partake in efforts to develop the solution (i.e. write code)
  • Work closely with functional team members as well as business and technical stakeholders to establish a cohesive partnerships and strong alignment with Business and Partner needs
  • Stay up-to-date and certified with the latest technologies that are relevant to enterprise technologies and business systems.
  • Lead the development team and establish guidance for training requirement to ensure that the development team continues to grow and stay up to speed with relevant technologies and development skillsets
  • Perform code reviews to ensure high quality and consistency across all members of the development team
  • Lead and mentor less experienced developers and also partner with other experienced developers and functional counterparts
  • Work with project leads to streamline processes and lead by example to create and follow processes where process is necessary.
  • Lead efforts to ensure quality technical documentation is maintained and coed is adequately documented by all team members
  • Ensure that the development team as well as the organization is utilizing best practices with regard to testing and quality control
  Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum Experience of 7-10 years in IT industry
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing large, mid-size and small CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions/projects
  • Experience leading at least 2 Dynamics 365 / Dynamics implementations (spanning the entire software development lifecycle)
  • Experience establishing integrations via various technologies with the ability to develop RESTFUL APIs
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the .Net platform (customization & extension & integration (development), testing and solution management / dev ops
  • Advanced Dynamics 365 configuration capability – form configuration, process configuration, security modeling and JavaScript.
  • Strong track record delivering complex solutions on time in a supported fashion.
  • Experience implementing complex projects with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge and ability to implement best practices with respect to testing, including automated UI testing.
  • Ability to grasp both high-level corporate objectives and related requirements and architect the best-practice solutions.
  • Strong communication, consultative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Competence with the following “technologies” is a plus:
    • AdxStudio, Microsoft Dynamics Portals, Scribe, ClickDimensions, PowerBI, SQL, JavaScript, HTML / CSS, Google API libraries, Azure Dev Ops
